Overview

Products will be replaced or returned only if there is a problem in the product. For availing the refund / return you shall provide us with the unedited unboxing video of the parcel along with the picture of the shipping label. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempted from being eligible to be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note that for returns, shipping charges are payable by the customer. You can use your logistics or can avail services of our Shipping provider for the return process, a nominal return shipping fees will be charged which will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Process of Return/ Refund:

      1. Within 7 days of your product delivery, if you wish to return or exchange your product (if eligible), you need to send an email to info@hospimart.com giving an explanation of the need to return or exchange the item. (Please enclose image of the product in “as it is” state with the outer package.

      • On eligible exchange of product, a free pickup of the product will be assigned. Please pack the item in its original packaging with the invoice placed inside the package. Please note that no refund or exchange will be entertained without the original packaging of the product.

      • On eligible returns, you shall handover the item to the assigned logistics partner.

      • Once we receive your product, and after inspection of the product including the original company packaging and invoice, we will accept or reject the refund.

      • After a refund is accepted, we will refund your amount to your original payment method. On return of order placed on COD payment mode. An email will be sent to the customer’s registered email address notifying the acceptance or rejection of the refund .

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hospimart.com.
